<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a floss hollow body having high decorative effect easily by using floss.SOLUTION: By breathing air into a rubber balloon 5 to inflate it, and grease 6 is coated on a surface of the balloon. Floss sheets 8 are immersed in gelatine solution 7, and the floss sheets 8 immersed in the gelatine solution 7 are stuck so as to cover the surface of the rubber balloon 5. At a breathing port and its surrounding in the rubber balloon 5, an exposed part 9 for forming an opening 3a for removing the rubber balloon 5, is provided. On an edge of the opening 3a, an annular frame 10 is held by wrapping it by the floss sheets 8 for securing strength. On the floss sheets 8 stuck on the rubber balloon 5, floss twisted into a string shape and other decoration piece 4 are stuck, if necessary. After drying and solidification of the floss sheets 8 stuck on the rubber balloon 5, air is discharged for taking out the rubber balloon 5 from the opening 3a, so as to form a floss hollow body 1. In addition, clear lacquer 11 is sprayed for waterproof coating.</p> |
