The device includes: a cylinder which is formed into a cylindrical shape; a coolant pack which is formed of a flexible film, wherein a coolant is sealed in the coolant pack and the coolant pack is received in the cylinder; a piston which is inserted into the cylinder; a drive unit which drives the piston with respect to the cylinder such that the piston presses the coolant pack; and a nozzle which is provided in an end portion of the cylinder which is located opposite to a side of the drive unit and which releases the coolant ejected from the coolant pack into the airbag. | ||
