The present invention relates to a PTC heating cable and a manufacturing method thereof. The PTC heating cable according to the present invention includes: a first electrode string which is made by the extrusion molding of conductive composites around a conductor collected with a plurality of strands; a second electrode string which is made with the same configuration as the first electrode string and is wound in a longitudinal direction with a constant pitch from the first electrode string; and a coating which surrounds the first electrode string and the second electrode string.
