A BIM library construction system for building assessment is disclosed. The BIM library construction system for the building assessment comprises an attribute information setting unit for setting attribute information in the respective composition materials for a complex material comprised of a plurality of composition materials; a quantity calculation unit for calculating quantity in the respective composition materials using a BIM quantity calculation function provided in a BIM authorizing program for the respective composition materials divided by the setting information in the respective composition materials; a carbon exhaust quantity calculation unit for calculating the carbon exhaust quantity for the respective composition materials based on the quantity calculated in the composition materials by the quantity calculation unit; and an evaluation information extraction unit for extracting environment performance evaluation information for the building based on the carbon exhaust quantity calculated by the carbon exhaust quantity calculation unit.
