The medium control structure contains the main flue for controlled medium flow passage, device for selective feeding the make-up medium into the main flue in two directions and devices for selection of feeding direction located outside the main flue. Medium control method includes phase of selective feeding in two directions one make-up medium into flue for controlled medium flow transfer. One of variables of the mentioned medium thermodynamic condition is changed.
