The present invention relates to a method for laser marking on a metal surface and a product having a marker thereby, and more specifically, to a method for laser marking on a metal surface and a product having a marker thereby for maintaining a marker semi-permanently since a metal surface is laser marked and the marker is recognized regardless of whether the surface of the product is coated. The method for forming a marker on a metal surface by laser marking comprises a step for forming a marker according to a first condition including a parameter set by a predetermined method; and a step for irradiating the predetermined area except for the marker formed by the first condition with a laser based on a second condition including at least one parameter having the value which is different from the value of the parameter of the first condition. |
