PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer system relating to transferring of a service usage fee and capable of reducing burden of a person in charge in each department to provide system service.SOLUTION: A budget registration device 50 comprises a service usage fee management database which stores budget information of a service usage fee, creates transfer data necessary for performing a transferring process by using the budget information of the service usage fee stored in the service usage fee management database, and transmits the data to an accounting device 60. The accounting device 60 stores the transfer data received from the budget registration device 50 in a transfer database, and performs the transferring process by using the transfer data. |
