1. A method of determining analyte concentration in physiological fluid, the method comprising:
providing a reagent disposed between two electrodes; depositing a physiological fluid on the reagent; causing a physical transformation of an analyte in the physiological fluid into a different form and generate a current transient from each of the electrode; determining a peak in the current transient for each of the electrodes; measuring a value of the current transient at a predetermined temporal offset from the peak of each current transient from each of the electrodes; and calculating the analyte concentration from the measured current values of the electrodes in the measuring step.
