The present invention provides an accidental firing prevention device combined with an adaptor for a blank which includes an accommodation unit accommodating gas generated by explosion of firing charge and a warhead launched by being connected to a gunpoint in order to cover the gunpoint and a connection unit of which one side is connected to one side of a gun barrel and the other side is connected to the accommodation unit by a rotary shaft. The present invention enables successive firing motions by being mounted on the gunpoint of a gun when the blank is used and prevents the warhead from being launched from the gunpoint.
