PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dried Japanese-style wheat paste food which can be rapidly boiled while keeping a taste, strength, and appearance original to a Japanese-style wheat paste food; and a production method of the same.SOLUTION: At least wheat flour and a sodium hydrogen carbonate-containing solution at pH 6.0±0.2 adjusted with addition of an acid are kneaded. The kneaded material is molded and dried, so that foaming sources to form foams in a molding when immersed in hot water are scattered in the molding. |
