PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously acquire a visible light image and an infrared light image by an inexpensive constitution.SOLUTION: A color filter 103 has transparent bands in a visible area and an infrared area. A first substrate 101 is disposed under the color filter 103 and comprises a first photoelectric converter which outputs a first signal charge corresponding to the exposure of light having passed through the color filter 103. A second substrate 102 comprises a second photoelectric converter which has sensitivity in at least in the infrared area and outputs a second signal charge corresponding to the exposure of light having passed through the first substrate 101, the second substrate 102 being disposed on the opposite side of the light-receiving side of the first substrate 101. A signal reading circuit reads the first signal charge as a first electric signal and reads the second signal charge as a second electric signal. |
