The present invention relates to a precast structure for a valve pin of a valve-operated hot runner injection mold equipped with a piston (10) and a valve pin (20) combined to the piston (10) in a central axis direction. The present invention forms a joint part (21) with a width (w) smaller than the diameter (D) of a body in the upper end of the valve pin (20), connects a joint axis (30) to the piston (10) in the central axis direction, combines an adapter (40) to a lower screw part (32) of the joint axis (30), inserts a nozzle pin holder (50) equipped with a nozzle pin joint groove (52) into an inner space (42) of the adapter (40), forms a central hole (44) in a bottom surface (43) and an eccentric nozzle pin assembly hole (45) in the central hole and is able to connect a nozzle pin (10) to the joint groove (52) of the nozzle pin holder (50) or separate the nozzle pin form the joint groove (52) of the nozzle pin holder (50) through the nozzle pin assembly hole (45) without separating the adaptor (40) form the piston (10). |
