PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device which can reduce intensive excitation by a laser medium and increase output efficiency of a passive Q switch laser.SOLUTION: A laser device 1A comprises: a solid-state laser device 10 having a solid-state laser medium 13 and a saturable absorber 14; a semiconductor laser array stack 20 having a plurality of semiconductor laser arrays 21 for emitting excitation laser beams Le; a lens stack 30 having a plurality of lenses 31 for decreasing a spread angle of the excitation laser beams Le in a fast axis direction; and a collecting lens 40 for condensing the excitation laser beams Le toward the solid-state laser device 10. Respective optical distances of two and more laser emission points P of the plurality of semiconductor laser arrays 21 with the plurality of lenses 31 are different from respective focal distances of the plurality of lenses 31. The excitation laser beams Le are incident in the collecting lens 40 while spreading in the fast axis direction and in a slow axis direction. |
