The present invention provides a curable resin composition which has excellent electrical characteristics, flexibility, and a low-bending property and suppresses the generation of a crack and the generation of an appearance faulty. The present invention relates to the curable resin composition which contains a carboxyl group-containing resin (A), a photopolymerization initiator (B), and an organic filler (C) which has silica coated on the surface. The organic filler (C) with silica coated on the surface is desired to be formed with an urethane resin with silica coated on the surface.
