The present invention provides a safety plate combining device for a grass-cutting device, comprising: a blade; a safety plate having a through-hole formed in the middle and including an uneven part on an outer side for protecting the blade; and an upper cover and a lower cover for the safety plate for combining the inner edge of the through-hole of the safety plate with a coupling device, wherein a bearing mounting groove is formed at the inner side of the upper cover and the lower cover for the safety plate to contain a bearing. The present invention can prevent foreign materials from flowing into the bearing by containing the bearing between the upper cover and the lower cover for the safety plate which do not rotate. In addition, the present invention can prevent damage by buffering shock in the process of making the safety plate rotate spontaneously between the upper cover and the lower cover for the safety plate as the inner edge of the safety plate is coupled with the outer edges of the upper cover and the lower cover for the safety plate. Moreover, the present invention can minimize the inflow of foreign materials by a wheel washer formed between the blade and the upper cover for the safety plate and a ring-shaped protrusion part formed at the upper end of the upper cover for the safety plate. |
