The present invention relates to a steam hanger comprising: a base including a caster on a bottom surface; a hollow air-blowing pipe formed on the base to protrude upward of the base; a mannequin installed at the upper part of the air-blowing pipe and formed in the shape of a human body; a steam generator installed on the base to supply steam into the air-blowing pipe; and air blower installed on the base to blow outer air into the air-blowing pipe.
