The present invention relates to a control method of a cold and hot water dispenser, and, particularly, to a control method of a cold and hot water dispenser, which detects the temperature of water in a pipe when cold water dispensation is input and drains the remaining water in the pipe when the temperature of the water is higher than a predetermined temperature while dispensing the water to a dispensing part when the temperature of the water in the pipe is lower than or equal to the predetermined temperature, so that a user can drink the first glass of cold water at the predetermined temperature always. |
