The present invention relates to a clip used for fixing a panel installed between pillar beams installed at the constant distance in a rock breaking protective facility which is mainly and widely used for road widening works and public works. More specifically, the present invention relates to an impact absorbing clip for a rock breaking protective facility which reduces impact load when impact is applied from the outside such as soil, sand, or rocks and prevents the fixed state from releasing. The impact absorbing clip for the rock breaking protective facility in the present invention comprises a clip body which has at least one contact side in contact with a pillar beam and lateral sides with through holes on both sides; an impact absorbing shaft which comprises a connecting and fixing part whose one end passing through the through hole arranged on the lateral sides has a spiral shaft on one side thereof and whose the other end receives a fixing bolt arranged on a panel; an elastic member which is positioned at the spiral shaft portion of the impact absorbing shaft and absorbs impact; an elasticity adjusting nut which is installed on the end part of the spiral shaft in the impact absorbing shaft to fix the elastic member and adjusts the elasticity of the elastic member; and a position adjusting nut which is arranged on the spiral shaft of the impact absorbing shaft and adjusts positions.
