The present invention relates to a floating refuse removing machine with a refuse crushing apparatus capable of preventing refuse from escaping to outside of a conveyor or falling to a cargo bed of a truck by crushing the refuse as well as a relatively long and large refuse resulted from getting tangled each other so as to remarkably increase transfer efficiency throughout floating refuse. According to the present invention, the floating refuse removing machine with a refuse crushing apparatus comprises a frame, a guide rail, multiple main screens, multiple shift screens, a rake, an apron, an endless chain, a driving motor, a conveyor, and a crushing device. The crushing device includes: an introducing hopper which is installed on a rear lower side of the apron and introduces floating refuse falling due to movement of the rake; a first cutter shaft which is placed on an inner lower part of the introducing hopper, has first cutting blades radially extending on a lengthwise outer surface at a predetermined length at regular intervals, and rotates with a rotating shaft of a sprocket which is connected and rotates with the driving shaft of the driving motor; a second cutter shaft which is placed apart from the first cutter shaft at a predetermined distance in parallel, has second cutter blades radially extending on a lengthwise outer surface at a predetermined length at regular intervals, and rotates with the first cutter shaft in a direction opposite to the first cutter shaft; and a crushing unit which is placed on end parts of the first and second cutter shafts, and rotates with the second cutter shaft by the operation of the first cutter shaft receiving driving force from the driving motor. |
