The mechanism (6) has a driving device (23) including two driving disc pads (32, 33) elastically biased towards a toothed crown (19), where the disc pads are in the form of metallic plates. The disc pads are arranged such that ends (41, 42) of external gear teeth (34) of the disc pads are arranged nearer to the crown and separated from the crown, respectively, when an actuating unit (29) is in an angular rest position (N). The gear teeth is provided with a truncated tooth (43) whose free end forms a flat spot between outer lateral flanks of the tooth. |
