An oxide superconducting wire which is provided with: a superconducting laminate that comprises a tape-like base, and an intermediate layer, an oxide superconducting layer and a protective layer, which are laminated on the base; a metal stabilization layer that covers the circumference of the superconducting laminate; a first conductive bonding material that is interposed between the superconducting laminate and the metal stabilization layer; and a sealing member that is formed of a thin metal and is connected to a terminal portion of the superconducting laminate, while projecting in the longitudinal direction of the superconducting laminate. The metal stabilization layer is provided with a projected part which is formed so as to cover the circumference of the sealing member; and the first conductive bonding material is provided with a projected part which is formed so as to cover the circumference of the sealing member, while being interposed between the projected part of the metal stabilization layer and the sealing member. |
