<p>[Problem] To enable various adjustments of characteristics of a rotary electric machine while preventing a loss due to a magnetic flux leakage. [Solution] A rotary electric machine (1) has: a magnetic body (10) that is equipped with first and second large-diameter sections (11, 12) that are formed at either end in the axial direction and a first small-diameter section (13) that is formed in the axial intermediate section between the large-diameter sections (11, 12); a shaft body (20) that is equipped with a space (21) in which the magnetic body (10) can be housed; a rotor core (30) that is fixed to the shaft body (20), said rotor core being equipped with an outer peripheral section (31) where N-pole magnets (8a) and S-pole magnets (8b) are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction, a first inner peripheral section (32) that is formed on the radial inner side of the outer peripheral section (31) at one side in the axial direction and can face the radial outer side of the first large-diameter section (11), a second inner peripheral section (33) that is formed on the radial inner side of the outer peripheral section (31) at the other side in the axial direction and can face the radial outer side of the second large-diameter section (12), a first connecting section (34) that connects the first inner peripheral section (32) to the parts of the outer peripheral section (31) where the N-pole magnets (8a) are positioned, and a second connecting section (35) that connects the second inner peripheral section (33) to the parts of the outer peripheral section (31) where the S-pole magnets (8b) are positioned; and a winding (4) that forms a magnetic circuit.</p> |
