摘要 An image capturing apparatus and an image processing method are disclosed. The image capturing apparatus includes an image capturing module, a micro processor, and a display module. The image capturing module continuously captures images corresponding to different focus distances. The display module displays an initial display image of the images. The micro processor divides the initial display image into a plurality of lattice areas and uses one of the plurality of lattice areas as a specific lattice area. The micro processor compare sharpness values of areas corresponding to the specific lattice area in the plurality of images corresponding to the different focus distances to generate a comparison result and selects a first image from the plurality of images according to the comparison result. The display module displays the first image to replace the initial display image previously displayed.
