<p>Provided is a component mounting line construction device that is capable of easily creating a production program, without depending on CAD data. This component mounting line construction device (100) includes: a component shape storage section (10) that stores component shapes of a plurality of components, regarding each type of components; a substrate image pickup section (12) that picks up an image of a substrate with an image pickup device (8) so as to obtain the substrate image; a substrate coordinate system obtaining section (13) that obtains a substrate coordinate system set with respect to the substrate, based on position marks of the substrate an image of which was picked up; a component identification section (14) that extracts a component shape of each component from the substrate image, collates the extracted component shapes and the component shapes stored in the component shape storage section (10), so as to identify the component type of each component; and a production program creation section (15) that obtains a mounting position and a mounting angle of each component in the substrate coordinate system from the substrate image, and generate mounting data about each component to be mounted, including the mounting position, the mounting angle, and the component type, so as to create a production program.</p> |
