<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleansing agent composition for a skin or hair which can give softness of foams, finger combing of the hair and softness during washing the hair and give slipperiness, softness, a lasting feeling of the slipperiness and a coated feeling during rinsing the hair when used for a hair cleansing composition and give an excellent moisturized feeling after drying when used for a skin cleansing composition, and to provide a cleansing method.SOLUTION: There is provided a cleansing agent composition for a skin or hair which comprises: a cellulose ether containing a cationic group (A); a cationic polymer (B) other than the (A); and a surfactant (C), wherein the cellulose ether containing a cationic group (A) has a main chain derived from an anhydroglucose represented by the general formula (1), the degree of substitution of a cationized oxyalkylene group per the anhydroglucose unit is 0.01 or more and to 1.0 or less, the degree of substitution of a glycerol group is 0.5 or more and 5.0 or less and the degree of substitution of a group having a hydrocarbon group having 3 or more and 18 or less carbon atoms represented by the general formulas (6) to (8) is 0.0001 or more and 0.2 or less.</p> |
