The present invention provides a bicycle provided with a speed reduction device, which has the speed reduction device provided on the rear of a frame which has a bicycle saddle installed thereon and on the front of a rear wheel which is installed on the frame, places load on the rear wheel of the bicycle to reduce the rotational speed of the rear wheel using a speed reduction drive wheel of the speed reduction device, reduces speeds by increasing the grip of the rear wheel on a level road, and forms a situation in which a rider feels like going up a hill while riding the bicycle on the level road, thereby enabling the rider of the bicycle to take exercise which increases metabolism to spend most energy of the rider and promoting health by making the rider do articulation and thigh exercise. The bicycle provided with the speed reduction device comprises: the speed reduction drive wheel (20) contacting the front of the rear wheel (11b) which is installed on the frame (12) of the bicycle (10); an operating rotary bar (30) having the lower part vertically installed and the upper part installed to be inclined forwardly; a rotary unit (32) installed on the lower part of the operating rotary bar (30) and having a supporting unit (31) on both sides thereof; a first rotary pin (40a) installed by penetrating the supporting unit (31) and the speed reduction drive wheel (20), wherein the speed reduction drive wheel (20) has both sides inserted between the supporting units; a support frame (40) fixed and installed on the rear of the frame (12) by a fixing means, wherein the frame (12) has the saddle (15) installed thereon; a plurality of rotation supporting units (41) installed on the front of the support frame (40); and a second rotary pin (40b) installed by penetrating the rotation supporting unit (41) and the operating rotary bar (30), wherein the operating rotary bar (30) is inserted between the rotation supporting units (41). |
