<p>The method involves connecting the plastic hollow profile sections (10) to a frame or leaf, and arranging a hole pattern for fixing screws or centering projections of the fitting component on the frame or the leaf. A fixing and filling bore (12) is introduced into the hole pattern of the fitting component. A fast-curing, paste-like or highly viscous adhesive mass (30') is placed through the fixing and filling bore into a hollow chamber (14,16) of the frame or leaf in the surrounding area of the fixing points or bores for the fixing screws or centering projections. The adhesive mass is cured to form a counter-bearing element, such that a screw shaft projecting into the hollow chamber surrounds the fixing screws.</p> |
