The PET container (1) comprises a base main portion (2) which is integrated with a threaded portion (4), and a sectional annular portion. The threaded portion is extended outwardly in the radial direction of the plastic container. The annular portion has a facing surface (6a) which is formed facing the base main portion. A visually perceptible marker (10) is formed in the facing surface of the annular portion by completely occupying the surrounding surface of the container in the longitudinal direction.
