The present invention relates to a heat protector for a vehicle coated with an insulating coating, which can prevent heat or vibration generated on an engine or a muffler from being transmitted to a vehicle body by being arranged to cover the circumference of the engine or the muffler of the vehicle. According to the present invention, the heat protector for a vehicle includes an upper plate and a lower plate (20) which are welded to be combined with each other. Air pockets (41, 42) storing air are formed on a lower side of an embossing (11) formed on the upper limit. The heat protector for a vehicle can block heat, noise or vibration generated in an exhaust pipe by the air stored in the air pockets (41, 42), thereby simply improving insulating effects and vibration and noise blocking effects when compared to the existing heat protectors consisting of metal plates. More specifically, a coating layer (23) coated with an insulating coating is formed on a lower surface of the lower plate (20), thereby further improving the insulating effects of the heat protector. |
