Provided in the present invention are a recombinant vector for monitoring endothelial mesenchymal transition (EMT) comprising a CD44 promoter and a luciferase gene connected to the CD44 promoter be operated; cancer cell lines transducing the recombinant vector to have the luciferase gene expressed when CD44 is expressed; a method for screening substances inducing or inhibiting EMT using the cancer cell lines; an animal model for monitoring EMT except for human, which has the cancer cell lines implemented to form tumors; a method for monitoring an EMT phenomenon using the animal model; and a method for identifying an EMT inhibiting effect of candidate drugs using the animal model.
