Disclosed are a complex pile with dual pipe for heat exchange and a terrestrial heat exchanging structure having the same to accomplish a structural capability of pile and improve the efficiency of heat exchange. The disclosed complex pile with dual pipe for heat exchange has the pleats on the cross-section and comprises an inner pipe member which has a space inside, an outer pipe member which is located on the outer side of inner pipe member, and the filler which fills the space between the inner pipe member and the outer pipe member. Moreover, the disclosed terrestrial heat exchanging structure comprises the complex pile with dual pipe, a leading end closing member which is installed to seal the leading end of complex pile with dual pipe, and a heat exchange pipe which transfers a heat exchange media accommodated in the inner pipe member of complex pile with dual pipe to the inside or outside of complex pile with dual pipe. According to the complex pile with dual pipe for heat exchange and the terrestrial heat exchanging structure having the same, the efficiency of terrestrial heat exchange can be improved and the structural capability can be secured.
