摘要 The present invention relates to a device for evaluating reliability of an electrical contact point material. The general reliability evaluation device evaluates a lifecycle, contact resistance before and after a test, a current value before and after the test, contact power and opening power of equipment before and after the test, and a contact point temperature before and after the test. Therefore, the objective of the present invention is to provide a device for evaluating reliability of an electrical contact point material, capable of: improving a level of an reliability evaluation of an electrical contact point material; and meeting the needs of clients for the prompt development of the electrical contact point material with high reliability by recording, in each time, a change in a contact resistance value through a voltage decrease value changed by an arc generated between contact points, an oxide or an unevenness generated in the contact surface, a change by deposition generated between the contact points, a change in opening power and a contact power value through the attachment of a load cell to equipment, a change in a contact temperature which is varied according to the arc amount and thermal conductivity of a contact point material, and a current change by a power supplier. Therefore, the device of the present invention can improve properties of the contact point material by clarifying properties for phenomena generated in a lifecycle test.
