The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing an inorganic EL panel advertisement device. The present invention provides the method for manufacturing an inorganic EL panel advertisement device comprising the steps of: masking a set shape on a perforated pad; fixing an ITO film sheet on a lower surface of the perforated pad; applying light emitting pigments, an insulator, and melted silver to the perforated pad to form a light emitting part with a set shape; printing an electric circuit on the lower surface of the ITO film sheet; removing the perforated pad and attaching an output material having the same shape as the light emitting part formed on the ITO film sheet; and attaching the ITO film to an operation part controlled by an inverter controller and connecting the ITO film to the inverter controller. |
