The film (1) comprises a paper layer (2) having an inner surface intended to come into contact with a fatty material and an outer surface. An inside of paper forms the inner surface of the film. The film further comprises a support layer (3), a metallization layer (4) formed on one side of the support layer, and a protective layer such as an adhesive layer located between the metallization layer and the paper layer. The metallization layer is placed between the outside of the paper layer and the support layer. The paper layer includes a layer of baking paper or a grease-proof layer.
