Disclosed are a mobile terminal and a method for providing an automatic WiFi connection service based on NFC. The mobile terminal for providing the automatic WiFi connection service based on NFC, according to the present invention, includes: an NFC module for detecting or recognizing an NFC-based electronic tag installed in a store; a control means for executing a prestored application which can provide an automatic WiFi connection function on the basis of information of the recognized NFC-based electronic tag, and for automatically connecting to a WiFi using the executed application; and a WiFi module connected to the WiFi in the store to transmit/receive various data. |
