The present invention relates to an operation of accessing a wireless access point. In detail, the present invention provides a method for controlling access to a wireless access point and a terminal for supporting the same, the method including the steps of searching for a designated wireless access point registered in an access designation list predefined based on a Wi-Fi module; and accessing the designated wireless access point if the designated wireless access point is found.
