PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make uniform the quality of a patrol task by security guards and to prevent abnormality from being misdetected during patrol.SOLUTION: A patrol area is divided into a plurality of unit inspection areas, and an area identification indicator is installed in each unit inspection area and recognized by a portable terminal that a security guard carries so as to support a patrol task by the security guard. The portable terminal inspection sets end conditions needed to end the inspection in the unit inspection area currently being inspected. As the recognition of the area identification indicator is performed by the security guard using the portable terminal, if the inspection conditions corresponding to an area identification indicator are not met, it is not determined that the inspection ends, and re-inspection is instructed. When the re-inspection is instructed, an abnormality determination time for determining an abnormality on the basis of the time needed for the inspection is extended. |
