<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supply device capable of preventing occurrence of pulsation in discharge speed of liquid and capable of reducing a length dimension of the liquid supply device in an axial direction of piston rods.SOLUTION: A liquid supply device comprises: a cylinder 30 closed at both ends; a piston 31 dividing an internal space of the cylinder 30 into a first space 35 and a second space 36 and sliding relatively to the inner wall surface of the cylinder 30; a first piston rod 32 and a second piston rod 33 extending through ends of the cylinder 30 and having tip portions connected to the piston 31 and portions lying at the outside of the cylinder 30, which are fixed; a cylinder drive part 34 reciprocating the cylinder 30 in the extending direction of the first piston rod 32 and the second piston rod 33; a first flow line for letting liquid flow; and a second flow line communicating with the second space 36 for letting liquid flow.</p> |
