PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a motor that can make a winding step simple while improving rectification performance.SOLUTION: A motor comprises: an armature core having mn (here, m is an odd number of 3 or more, and n is a natural number of 2 or more) teeth radially extending in a radial direction; a plurality of coils 33; a commutator; and a brush group including at least one first potential brush and at least one second potential brush. The commutator includes a segment group consisting of 2mn segments. Since a potential of this segment group is periodically increased and decreased between a first potential and a second potential with respect to a circumferential direction, only a coil obtained by winding a continuous lead wire in a constant winding direction is placed to each of k teeth among the mn teeth, and only a coil obtained by winding the continuous lead wire in a reverse direction to the constant winding direction is placed to the teeth at positions separated from each of the k teeth by an electric angle of 360i degrees (here, i is a natural number of (n-1) or less). |
