FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. A method of immunoassay of human protein CXCL1 is described. Human CXCL1 or its fragment is measured in a sample with application of two or more types of monoclonal antibodies to human CXCL1 or their fragments. Each of two or more types of the monoclonal antibodies to human CXCL1 or their fragments specifically identifies any of regions of a sequence of amino acid sequences, represented in SEQ ID NO:1-3, which represent partial sequences of an amino acid sequence, constituting human protein CXCL1. Two or more types of the monoclonal antibodies to human CXCL1 or their fragments specifically identify regions of the sequence, different from each other.
