Harness Summary The Harness comprises a shoulder strap arrangement such that the load carried on the side of the body is distributed between the same-side shoulder and the torso via a connected torso strap. The shoulder strap and the torso strap are generally connected via a ring both front and back, and the load-connector straps also hang from these rings. When the shoulder and torso straps are correctly adjusted, the rings should be centrally located on the body near the sternum and the middle of the back. This allows proper load distribution to ease the discomfort of carrying a heavy load such as a stand-up paddleboard; media equipment; golf-bag; or travel-bag, as examples. This configuration also allows ease of movement and a more upright posture while freeing the hand usually used to hold the shoulder strap.
