The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular to a method of refining secondary crude lead from copper. A method of refining crude lead from copper is carried out in two phases, at that at the first stage lead decoppering is carried out by eliquation-cooling of lead bullion from 800- to 600- and removing dry slips, re-cooling to 350- and removing fatty slips, and at the second stage fine decoppering of crude lead is carried out by a mixture of sulfur powder S with arsenic or antimony sulfide MeSin a ratio (MeS: S) = 8-12, with the moisture 3-5 wt. %, which is placed in a molten lead with a stirrer in an amount of 3.5- mixed with arsenic sulfide or in the amount of 3,3- of a mixture with antimony sulfide per of copper, which is removed at a temperature range of 480-. The invention provides a reduction in lead losses due to reduction of content thereof in its slips, reduction of sulfur dioxide emissions and improving environmental safety of production. |
