A method for control of honeycomb panels consists in that by means of one of the methods of high-resolution optical interferometry an interference pattern of honeycomb panel is obtained at loading it through increase of the inner pressure by the value ΔP, with determination of the positions of localization of the defect to which the set of closed interference bands with increased density corresponds, and its contour, this coincides with the outer interference band in the set. Simultaneously, or in sequence, though at same conditions of load, interference patterns of the construction are obtained at opposite sides, with comparison of the interference pattern of one side to the mirror reflection of interference pattern of the opposite side with respect to the vertical axis of panel lining, with determination of locations where the contours of the set of closed interference bands with increased density coincide at the interferential pattern of one side and the mirror reflection of interference pattern of the other side, and in the case of presence of such a set the operations of obtaining interference patterns of both sides at inner vacuum load on the construction with pressure by the value ΔP are repeated, with comparison of interference pattern of one side to the mirror reflection of the interference pattern of the other side, and the presence of the creasing defect of the honeycomb filler is detected for places where the sign of symmetry of interference patterns is kept. |
