PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce out-of-band radiation in uplink transmission in the case where frequency resource allocation of multiple component carriers (CC) is performed with one piece of control information.SOLUTION: A terminal device performing data transmission with the use of multiple carrier components (CC) includes: a control information receiving unit for receiving control information specifying frequency resource (RB) allocation; and a transmission signal generating unit for generating a DFTS-OFDM signal or clustered DFTS-OFDM signal to be allocated to the RB specified by the control information. If at least two of RB specified by one piece of control information received by the control information receiving unit are included in mutually different multiple component carriers, the transmission signal generating unit generates a DFTS-OFDM signal or clustered DFTS-OFDM signal using an included RB per component carrier as a unit, and transmits the generated signal to a base station device.
