PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin external preparation for hair excellent in stability so that no precipitation derived from a plant extract happens in the preparation in any cases when left standing.SOLUTION: A skin external preparation for a hair comprises: an extract of Sanguisorba officinalis of the family Rosaceae; and a bark extract of Tabebuia Impetiginosa of the genus Tabebuia in the family Bignoniaceae. The skin external preparation for hair prevents precipitation derived from the Sanguisorba officinalis extract in any cases when left standing by including the bark extract of Tabebuia Impetiginosa.
