<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power distribution system in which a DC generator generates power suitable to itself, irrespective of whether a reverse flow is regulated or not. <P>SOLUTION: Power reversely flowing to an AC power supply 2 is adjusted by charging and discharging of a battery 54. In this way, the reversely flowing power is adjusted without adjusting power generated in a solar cell 3 and a fuel cell 16.
