Provided is a switching device suitable for a table lamp device, capable of improving a decorative esthetic sense through a personalized design. The switching device of the present invention comprises: at least one switching mechanism unit, a switching actuator, and a wire rod to limit a motion range of the switching actuator. The switching mechanism unit is installed on a base frame, and a switching state of the switching mechanism unit can be changed by a magnetic force. The switching actuator includes a magnet to change the switching state of the switching mechanism unit in a closed state to the switching mechanism unit. The wire rod has one end fixed to one point of the base frame and the other end fixed to the switching actuator. The switching mechanism unit comprises: two switching electrodes, a metal piece driven by a magnetic force such that a position thereof is changeable to a first position; and a return spring which restores the metal piece to a second position when the magnetic force is lowered, wherein the switching electrodes are selectively connected by the metal piece and the return spring. In one embodiment, the switching actuator has a spherical shape and the magnet is provided in the switching actuator. Since an on/off and an illumination regulation is performed through a position adjustment of a switch ball and/or a thread, interest and sensitivity can be stimulated and the movement of the head unit can also satisfy interest and sensitivity.
