PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal nucleating agent composition for polyolefin-based resins having excellent flowability as a powder, and to provide a polyolefin-based resin composition obtained by compounding the crystal nucleating agent composition. SOLUTION: The crystal nucleating agent composition is obtained by compounding a sorbitol derivative, a metal salt compound represented by the formula, and a monovalent metal salt of a 12-22C fatty acid which may be substituted with hydroxy, in a specific ratio. In the crystal nucleating agent composition, the mass ratio of the latter two is (90/10) to (50/50).
