A transmission for a hybrid vehicle is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a transmission for a hybrid vehicle includes: an input shaft connected to an output side of an engine; first and second motor/generators formed in a transmission housing; a planetary gear set having first, second, and third rotational elements and disposed on the input shaft, wherein the first rotational element is selectively fixed to the transmission housing while being directly connected to the first motor/generator, the second rotational element is directly connected to the input shaft, and the third rotational element is operated as an output element; a first output gear disposed on the input shaft without rotating interference to be directly connected to the second motor/generator; a second output gear disposed on the input shaft without rotating interference to be directly connected to the third rotational element of the planetary gear set; a brake formed between the first rotational element of the planetary gear set and the transmission housing to allow the first rotational element to operate as a selective fixing element; and a rotating restriction member formed between the input shaft and the transmission housing to selectively restrict the rotation of the input shaft.
