The present invention relates to a coating structure for radiation shielding and, more specifically, to a coating structure for radiation shielding, capable of being used in a storage and transport container of spent fuel. The coating structure for radiation shielding according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a basic material made of carbon steel material; a radiation shielding coating layer formed on the basic material; and a corrosion-resistant coating layer formed on the radiation shielding coating layer.
